Equipment is used to support an Auxiliary Wire from a Mast. You can attach the Equipment while attaching an Auxiliary Wire to the structure or by editing an existing Wire Point.

How do I attach an Auxiliary Wire to a Structure
Step 1: Access the 'Configure' Wire form
This can be done by creating a new wire, attaching a wire or editing an existing Wire Point.
Step 2: Left click the 'Equipment' box
This will expand the 'Configure' Wire form and allow you to attach Equipment to the structure.
Step 3: Left click a Mast
If the Wire is attached to a Portal you will be able to choose which Mast to attach the Equipment to.
Step 4: Left click 'Add Bracket'
This will open the 'Add Bracket' form.
Step 5: Select Bracket Style
From the drop-down menu, select the Bracket Style you would like to allocate.
Step 6: Left click 'Confirm'
This will close the 'Add Bracket' form.
Step 7: Select Equipment
From the drop-down menu, select the Equipment you would like to allocate.
(Optional) Step 8: Select 'Left' or 'Right' position
Upon checking the 'Equipment' box the 'Offset' value will be replaced with 'Left' and 'Right' options. Selecting one of these radio buttons will move the Equipment to the corresponding side of the Mast.
Step 9: Left click 'Confirm'
This will close the 'Configure' Wire form.
Step 10: Confirm Equipment is displayed on the structure
You can now check that Lineardraft has added the selected Equipment to the structure, which will be visible in the 3D view.
