Multi-Move Explained

This article explains the requirements you need to be aware of to ensure a multi-move is successful.

For a multi-move to be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

Every structure has a move status, illustrating if your proposed move meets the above criteria. The status will display either a tick or a warning symbol depending on whether the structure can be moved. If you hover over the status, further information will appear.

As you add structures to the multi-move list or amend the 'Distance along rail', the move status will update accordingly as demonstrated below.

Cursor hover over structure symbols to show what they mean.

When all move statuses display ticks, this means all selected structures can be moved successfully, and you can click the 'Move' button to complete the action.

Cursor changing the distance along rail value and clicking the move button in the move structure window.

If some of your structures can't be moved, the move status of the offending structure(s) will be updated to a warning symbol, and you will be given further information at the bottom of the 'Move Structure' window. If you click 'Move' in this scenario, only the structures with ticks next to them will move.

If all of your structures can't be moved, the 'Move' button will be greyed out and you will be unable to continue.
