You can update your ticket by following the steps below.
Step 1: Login to your Helpcentre account
You can access the login page by clicking here.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Tickets’ tab
This will open the 'Your Tickets' page.

Step 3: Click on the ticket you would like to update
This will take you to the 'Ticket details' page.

Step 4: Write your update in the text box and click the 'Reply' button
If you need to add attachments, simply use the 'Attach a file' button below, or add a WeTransfer link into your reply for attachments larger than 20MB.
