Start here! What is Lineardraft?
Before you get going, please make sure you've got the most up-to-date version of Lineardraft and its components installed and activated. If you haven't already got this sorted, please follow the steps below and you'll be up and running in no time!
- Install Lineardraft Desktop
- Activate Lineardraft
- Install Lineardraft Core
- Install Lineardraft Plugins
- Download Design Catalogue(s)
- Download Project Settings
Please note: Lineardraft Core and Lineardraft Desktop must me installed by the user, not an administrator. Lineardraft Plugins require local administrator rights to install.
This first section is all about getting you set up with Lineardraft so you are ready to start learning to design using Lineardraft, Make sure you've got:
- All Lineardraft components downloaded, installed and activated
- Confidence using basic functions in MicroStation CONNECT
- A track alignment file ready to use (PWay)
- A 3D Metric seed file
