In Lineardraft, the length of a backtie is measured from the top-centre of the backtie foundation to the centre of the mast at the mast backtie connector.
Lineardraft will select a default backtie style based off this length. However, you have the option to modify this default selection by overriding the style according to your specific requirements. Learn how to do this here.
