Can't get Lineardraft to load? Try these quick checks and fixes before submitting a ticket!
Is Lineardraft Desktop open?
Step 1: From the Windows taskbar tray, click on the Lineardraft Desktop logo.
Step 2: If the Lineardraft Desktop logo doesn't appear in the tray, double click the desktop icon or click on the Lineardraft Desktop application in the 'Start' menu.
Step 3: Check if the issue persists once Lineardraft Desktop is open.
Is your Lineardraft Core version up to date?
Open Lineardraft Desktop, and check to see if there is a green tick next to Lineardraft Core. If there's an orange warning triangle, your version is out of date, so click the install button to update. Full instructions for updating Lineardraft Core here.
Is your CAD plugin version up to date?
Open Lineardraft Desktop, and check your preferred CAD plugin appears in the list and has a green tick icon showing next to it. If there's an orange warning triangle next to it, you will need to install the update for your plugin by clicking the 'Install' button.
