Defines the default distance between the centre line of the span and versine annotation and the top rail of the associated track.
Options:
A number, expressed in metres. The value is multiplied by the sheet scale to define the distance in the model.
Default Setting: 0.0013m
0.0013 X 500:1 (sheet scale) = 0.65m (model output)
