Changing Zero String Line Tolerance

Zero string line tolerance defines the minimum versine that will be displayed as part of the span & versine annotation. Anything below the tolerance value is considered a straight track and will be displayed as 0.S.L on layouts and reports.

The default tolerance value is defined by your project settings, but you can change this value on a per structure basis.

Step 1: Click the 'Edit' button in the 'Structures' section of the Lineardraft toolbar

This will open the structure selection window.

Step 2: Click on the structure at the start of the desired span and click 'Edit'

This is the structure at the lowest chainage/distance. Alternatively, you can select your structure from the drop-down menu. Clicking 'Edit' will open the 'Edit Structure' window.

Step 3: Open the 'Settings' tab

Step 4: Edit the 'Tolerance' value

You can do this by using the up/down arrows or by overtyping in the box.

More info: Click the 'Reset' icon to return the tolerance to the default defined in your project settings.

Step 5: Click 'Update Structure'

This will save your changes to your design and close the window.
