Someone who was once a Lineardraft user with an online Helpcentre User Account, but has since had their license removed or transferred to another user, and no longer has any user roles.
Whilst we appreciate Revoked Users may still be involved with Lineardraft indirectly, through projects or other members of their organisation, they are not eligible to submit tickets. If a Revoked User submits a ticket of any category, it will be rejected and closed.
