Make a Change to a License

If you would like to make a change to an existing license; such as giving access to a design catalogue or project settings, or changing the roles & privileges assigned to a license, this is the ticket type you need. This article contains the minimum details you should include in your submission.

If you would like to transfer a license or report a license issue please use the minimum requirements of those respective ticket types instead.

What roles are required to submit this ticket type?

You must have the License Administrator or Commercial Administrator role to submit this ticket type.

What are the minimum requirements for this ticket type?

For us to properly understand and act on your ticket we need to know the finer details. Attach or include the following in the ‘Detail’ box in your ticket submission.

Please note: If these minimum requirements are not met, your ticket might be closed and you might have to submit a new one.

First, provide full details of user(s) whose license the change will be applied to:

  • Full name(s).
  • Email address(es).
  • Geographic location - region and country, for example “Bristol, United Kingdom”.

Second, please detail exactly what change you would like to be made, including the following details if relevant:

  • The name of the project settings you would like to assign/remove from the license.
  • The name of the design catalogue you would like to assign/remove from the license.
  • List all the user roles you would like to be assigned to/removed from the license (Commercial Administrators only).

Finally, explain your 'Priority' selection from the drop-down list. This helps us understand the urgency of the requested change(s).
