Changing your Active Design Catalogues

You may have multiple design catalogues available in your Lineardraft Desktop, but active catalogues are those that are currently in use in your design. The below article outlines how to switch your active design catalogues.

Please note: If you need access to a design catalogue that is not currently available in your Lineardraft Desktop, you will need a License Administrator to submit a ticket to request access for you.

Step 1: Click the 'Settings' button in the 'Lineardraft' section of the Lineardraft toolbar

This will open the 'Lineardraft Settings' window.

Step 4: Choose the catalogues you’d like to use by using the toggle controls

There may be greyed out catalogues in this list which are not able to be deactivated, as they already have items in use in your design.

Top tip: You can activate all catalogues by clicking the ‘Activate all’ button, or deactivate all catalogues that aren’t currently in use by clicking the ‘Deactivate unused’ button

Step 5: Click 'Update Settings'

A loading window may display while your catalogues are updated and the window will close when it's complete.
