Create Project Settings

Before starting any new project, you'll need new Project Settings tailored specifically to your project’s needs . This will ensure your outputs are compliant with your project requirements. 

This article contains the minimum details and files you should include with your submission.

Please note: Before asking us to create new project settings, it's vital you've discussed your new project with us. To set up a call or meeting please email: commercial@zebraware.com.

What roles are required to submit this ticket type?

You need a User Account with the Project Settings Administrator role assigned.  


What are the minimum requirements for this ticket type? 

So we can properly plan for and implement your new project settings, we need the information you send to us to be complete and detailed. Please be specific and don’t leave anything open to imagination or assumption. 

Attach or include the following in the ‘Detail’ box in your ticket submission. 

Please note: If these minimum requirements are not met, your ticket might be closed and you might have to submit a new one.
  • Completed Lineardraft Project Settings Customisation Document (download link at the bottom of this page).
  • Additional details that may not be covered by the request form such as: 
    • Dimensions, scale size, values, 2D cells/blocks, level/layer information etc. where applicable.
    • Annotated screenshots of current project settings functionality vs your required output, showing which settings may differ for your new project, where applicable.
    • Any helpful notes to make it easy for us to identify, understand & implement your request.
  • Exact date your new project starts.
  • When you'd like to start using your new project settings.
  • Geographic location of the new project - region and country, for example “Bristol, United Kingdom”.
  • Full details of all users who will require access to the new project settings: 
    • Full name(s).
    • Email address(es).
    • Geographic location(s) - region and country, for example "Bristol, United Kingdom".
  • Finally, explain your 'Priority' selection from the drop-down list. This helps us understand the urgency of your new project settings.
