Lineardraft is licenced for terms of either 12 or 24 months, ending on the relevant anniversary of the start date specified in the contract. By default, Lineardraft Software Licence Agreements (SLAs) are renewed automatically at the end of a term.
If your organization prefers not to renew your contract at the end of the term, you must confirm this in writing no less than 90 days before the end of the current term. Otherwise, we will renew the contract, extend all licence expiry dates, and generate an invoice for the new term, with a payment term of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
