When adjusting a portal's gantry length or repositioning its masts, the masts and gantry are locked together, so whenever you change gantry length, the mast positions are changed accordingly, and vice-versa.
However, it is possible to adjust the components independently, using the override gantry length icon.

Step 1: Click the 'Edit' button in the 'Structures' section of the Lineardraft toolbar
This will open the structure selection window.
Step 2: Click on the structure you want to adjust and click 'Edit'
Alternatively, you can select your structure from the drop-down menu. Clicking 'Edit' will open the 'Edit Structure' window.
Step 3: Click the 'Link' icon
You'll see a strikethrough the icon appear, indicating the gantry length and mast positions are no longer linked.
Step 4: Adjust the gantry length or mast position(s)
You can now adjust the gantry length without changing the position of the masts.
You can also adjust the position of your masts without changing the gantry length.
Top tip: To edit gantry length without affecting the RECOS/REFOS of just one of your masts, edit the RECOS of the other mast and this will change the gantry length without moving the mast you wish to remain in-place. Override gantry must be 'linked' when you do this.
Step 5: Click 'Update Structure' to save your changes
This will close the 'Edit Structure' window.
