Defines the smallest detectable rail gauge below the default rail gauge setting. This property is used by Lineardraft to detect tracks.
For example, if your default rail gauge setting is 1.435 metres, and your lower gauge tolerance is 0.005 metres, tracks that have a rail gauge between 1.430 metres and 1.435 metres would be detected. Any tracks with a rail gauge under 1.430 metres would not be detected.
