Defines the default backtie distance value as shown in the 'Distance' box of the 'Add Backtie' window.
A value greater than 0 indicates the backtie is positioned in a direction of increasing chainage from the structure.
A value lower than 0 indicates the backtie is positioned in a direction of decreasing chainage from the structure.
Options:
A number, expressed in metres.
Default Setting: 4.5m
